87, formerly of DeSoto, and Red Oak, Texas, passed away at his home in Barry, Texas on May 21, 2010. He was born in Ewing, TX to Perry and Nettie Denman Arnold. He was a welder for an Oil Pipeline Company and a Veteran of the U. S. Army/Air Force. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Joy Reynolds Forehand on Oct. 1, 1999 and wife, Imogene Juanita Arnold in January 2008. He is survived by sons and their wives, Milburn and LaVanna Arnold of Red Oak, Donald and Betty Arnold of Grand Prairie and Gary and Alta Arnold of Barry, TX, 54 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, brother, Edgar Arnold of Rusk, TX and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at WEST/HURTT Funeral Home with Services at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2010 in the Chapel of the Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Mayfield, officiating. Interment will be in Holy Redeemer Cemetery in De Soto.
