69, of Cedar Hill, TX passed away on April 15, 2009. He was born March 7, 1940. Phillip was a loving father and grandfather who will be very deeply missed by all his family and friends. He was larger than life and always brought a spark to the room. He adored his grandchildren and they in turn thought he hung the moon. Dad, we will miss you always. A memorial service will be held April 27, 2009, 11:00 A. M. at Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas.
