Richard "Rick" Lonsbury

Richard Allan Lonsbury Sr. On June 27th, Richard passed peacefully in his sleep and went to join his wife and love of his life since junior high school, Mary Margaret, in the loving embrace of God. Richard is survived by his two children, Allan and Alice Lonsbury, his brother and sister-in-law Jim and Jan Lonsbury, his brother-in-law Frank Lindsey and wife Debbie, and many nieces and nephews, whom he loved with all his heart. Richard was loved by all and will be dearly missed. He was a kind and loving father and husband, was generous to a fault, and treated everybody as family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cedar Hill Pet Cemetery, a cause very close to Richard's heart, at http://www.cedarhillpetcemetery.org A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday - July 01, 2015. Interment will be private in the Mountain Peak Cemetery, Midlothian, TX on a later date.
