Robert "Bob" L. Callan

89, a U S Navy Veteran of DeSoto, TX passed away on February 02, 2020. Bob was preceded in death by his wife Edith O. Callan 54 days ago. He is survived by his daughter:  Glenda Johnson; daughter in law:  Elva Hardin; grandchildren:  Sherri Zook, Billy Hardin, Trina Pryor, Russell Pryor, Robert Pryor, Larry Albright, Kenny Gibson, Louis Lucero, William Hardin, Jr. & Walter Hardin; 19 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren; sister in law:  Gabi Hardin and very special caregivers:  June Blackburn, Edith Ritchey and LaDonna Gutierrez. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home on Wednesday - February 12, 2020 from 12:30 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. at which time the Funeral Service will begin with Rev. Larry D. Williams, officiating. Interment will follow, with Military Honors, in the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, TX (all on the same day).
