Robert Maull Howe, III died peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer with his wife and children by his side.  He was born on September 21, 1946 to the late Anne Krebs Howe and Robert Maull Howe, Jr. of Tuskegee and Montgomery, AL.  He was a graduate of Sidney Lanier HS, Birmingham Southern College (BA) and    Auburn University (MA).   He was also a Viet Nam veteran in the U. S. Air Force.

He spent his career in technology and education.  Most recently, he served as Director of District Affairs for Newman International Academy.  He also held numerous C-level and senior executive positions for Dell, AT&T, CompUSA and UnifiedOnline!, Inc (formerly IceWEB).

However, his favorite titles were that of husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

He is survived by his wife, Anita Tweedie Howe; sons Robert Maull Howe IV and Joshua David (Samantha) Howe; daughters, Katharyn Howe (Charles) DeVille, Elizabeth Anne Howe; his granddaughter Jacqueline DeVille; his sister Ruth Howe (Will) Liddell and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his sister Kathleen Howe Holdridge.

A memorial service will be held at the Hepzibah Newman Event Center on the Newman International Academy, 1114 W. HWY 1382, Cedar Hill, TX, 75104(682.207.5078)  campus on Friday, June 8, 2018, at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family asks friends and family to donate to JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), ACS (American Cancer Society) or Newman International Academy .

Interment will take place at a later date in the Tuskegee City Cemetery in Tuskegee, Alabama
