Mr. Carrell is survived by his wife of 51 plus years: Betty; son: Martin Timothy Carrell of Quincy, IL; daughter: Deborah Knutson & her husband David of Jacksonville, FL; grandsons: Thomas J. Hamilton and Matthew Carrell; granddaughters: Bethany Carrell and Chloe Carrell; sisters: Lois Rickhoff of Dallas, TX and Ruth Ann Wortham of Gun Barrell City, TX. There will be no visitation. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday - December 05, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Wheatland Cemetery (Hampton Rd. @ Wheatland Rd.), Dallas, TX. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorials or donations be made in Mr. Carrell's name to the American Cancer Society, 8900 Carpenter Frwy., Dallas, TX 75247.
