61, of Glenn Heights, TX passed away on March 01, 2017. Roxanna was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Brandy Jorgensen, her mother: Dixie Dee Brice and husband: James K. Jorgensen. She is survived by her son & daughter in law: Shawn & Cindy Jorgensen; grandchildren: Elissa, Lucas, Tyler & Robert; parents: Ed & B. J. Carter; brothers & sisters in law: Danny & Lynette Carter, Charlie & Tammy Carter, Tim & Lisa Ware, Buddy & Vicki Ware and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends. There will be no visitation. Graveside Services will be held on Monday - March 06, 2017 at 9:30 A.M. in the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mt. Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX 75211.
