She is survived by her husband: John David Hill; brother & sister in law: Russell Glenn & Karen Richmond; sister: Linda Sue Richmond; sister & brother in law: Barbara Gale & Gary Lockhart; sister & brother in law: Patricia Jean "P.J." & Paul Pothen; sister: Priscella Lynn Richmond; mother: LaVerne Richmond and a host of nieces & nephews. It was Roxanne's request not to have any services. Interment will be private.
