Mr. Sample was preceded in death by his son: Brian Sample; parents: Roy & Velma Sample; sisters: Wanda Sample & Mary Sample Schmidt and brother: Donald Sample. He is survived by his wife: Linda Carole Sample; son & daughter in law: Craig & Misty Sample; grandsons: Ethan Sample & Dylan Foster & his wife Miranda; great grandchildren: Hadley Foster, Parker Sample & Levi Sample; sister: Judy Vanderburgh and brother & sister in law: Danny & Sharleen Sample. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday - November 10, 2023 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1019 Big Stone Gap Road, Duncanville, TX 75137 with Bishop Ricky Villarreal, officiating. Graveside Services will be held in the D/FW National Cemetery, 2000 Mt. Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX on Friday - September 13, 2024 at 11:15 A.M.
