Sandra Kay Buckley

Sandra “Sandy” Kay Hunt Buckley February 2, 1944 - March 7th, 2025 Sandra Kay Hunt Buckley, “Sandy” was born and raised in Frost, Texas where she attended high school and graduated in 1962. After graduation she moved to Dallas where she worked for an insurance company and met her husband, Paul. They were married on March 13, 1969. Her daughters and two grandchildren were her joy. She loved tending to her plants, taking care of her cat and cooking for her family. She is survived by her husband Paul T. Buckley, sisters Peggy Hunt and Pat Bradley & brother-in-law Joe Bradley, daughters Andrea Buckley and Amy (Buckley) Grumbles & son-in-law Al Grumbles, and her grandchildren Cason and Kately Grumbles, as well as various nieces and nephews. She passed away peacefully on March 7th, 2025. Sandy had a full, vibrant life and we find peace in knowing that she is now in heaven for eternity. The family will be hosting a private service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Ronald McDonald House Charity.
