Shirley Nan Stanphill

Shirley and her husband had owned Ronco Windows and doors in Oak Cliff and Red Oak for many years.  She had moved to Denison just a year ago.  She passed away unexpectedly last friday.  She is survived by her children, Kenneth Pledger of Gun Barrel City, Theresa Darnell of Denison, Karen Pledger of Cocoa Beach, Florida, and Melissa VanBenthuysen and husband, Martin of Kiln, MS.,   grandchildren, Jeremy Wayne, Tommy Darnell, Ray Darnell, Devin Darnell, Lacie Lopez and her husband, Alec, and the son to be born, Lincoln, Courtney Ross, James Goode, Joey Harrison, great grandchildren, Layla, Atticus, Luke, Piper, Alexandra, Matthew and Abigail, sister, Pamela Kay Kersey of Fairhope, Alabama.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at West/Hurtt Funeral Home in DeSoto.  Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2019.  Interment will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Stones Chapel Cemetery out of Clarksville, Texas
