Teddie Jo Cundiff

87, of Dallas, TX passed away on August 20, 2022. Teddie Jo Pritchett Cundiff was born Dec. 06, 1934 in Lanett, Alabama to Leroy “Ted “ Pritchett and Ollie Effie Pritchett and was their only child. She spent her early childhood in the baseball stadiums in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee as well as family farms in Ellis County, Texas. In the early 1940's, the family moved to Dallas. She graduated from Sunset High School in 1952 and then attended SMU for a short time while working for A. Harris Department Store in downtown Dallas. She was a member of Beverly Hills Baptist Church where she eventually married fellow Sunset Bison and Army Korean War Veteran Charles Glenn Cundiff on July 17, 1954. They remained members of the church until they moved membership to Hampton Place Baptist Church then to Hampton Road Baptist Church. She is survived by her son: Charles Blake Cundiff and his fiancé: Marla Mills and their grandson: Nolan Nelson as well as her closest cousins: Bruce Prine and Randy Pritchett. There is no scheduled viewing or visitation. Graveside Services will be held in the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mt. Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX on Tuesday - August 30, 2020 at 1:30 P.M.
