Tod W Musgrove, 62, U S Marine Veteran, of Midlothian, TX died peacefully at home in Midlothian, Texas after his battle with pancreatic cancer on December 2, 2021. Tod was born on March 6, 1959 in Rialto, California to William “Bill” and Beverly Musgrove. After serving in the US Marines, he spent the majority of his working career in technology. For the last couple of decades, he spent it as the Senior Project Manager at KRK Technologies. Tod had spent the last 18 years with Kim Platner and the last 11 of those as her adoring husband. Preceded in death by his father William “Bill” Musgrove and his granddaughter Temperance Yudizky. Tod is survived by his wife, Kim Platner; mother, Beverly Musgrove; brother, Brian Musgrove; daughter, Tonya Yudizky and spouse Amy; daughter, Sabrina Cox and spouse, Robert; step-daughter, Erin Cottles and spouse, Joey; step-daughter, Kelli Chitsey and spouse, Chris; step-daughter, Megan Posey and partner, Joe Field; grandson, Mason Yudizky and spouse, Stormy; grandson, Jayce Cottles; grandson, Ashwyn Yudizky; granddaughter, Coraline Cottles; granddaughter, Nacoma Yudizky; grandson, Colton Chitsey; 5 great granddaughters and numerous friends and coworkers. In his downtime, Tod split his time between working in his garage woodshop with the family tools, playing with his 3 dogs, taking memorable photographs, and tinkering with electronic gadgets. He also enjoyed spending time on the family land in New Mexico among the trees and the great outdoors. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday - December 11, 2021 with Rev. Gina Purcell, officiating.
