58, of Glenn Heights, TX passed away on May 23, 2016.
Jill was preceded in death by her parents: Freddie E. & Peggy G. Phillips and survived by her brothers & sisters in law: Richard & Patricia Schleimer and Jack & Melinda Phillips; aunts: JoAnn Dandridge and Pat Wilson; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins and very special friend: Kendall Fitzpatrick.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home on Tuesday - May 31, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Kelly L. Wolverton, officiating.
Interment will be private.
