Wiltz N. "Bill" Bailey, Jr.

85, of Waxahachie, TX (formerly of DeSoto, TX) passed away on July 31, 2012. He was retired from the Dallas Fire Department, a member of Farley Street Baptist Church and a Mason. Mr. Bailey was preceded in death by his wife Jane Bailey and a sister Mary Helen Schiavo. He is survived by his daughter & son in law: Jill & Erik Markham of Waxahachie, TX; son: Jon Bailey of Tyler, TX; granddaughters: Bailey Noelle & Erika Grace Markham. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday- August 02, 2012 from 5 – 7:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held at the Farley Street Baptist Church, 1116 Brown St., Waxahachie, TX 75165 on Friday-August 03, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. with Rev. Denny Burris, Rev. Richard Smith & Rev. Charles Kendall, officiating. Interment will follow in the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, TX. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Bailey’s memory to the Building Fund at Farley Street Baptist Church.
