Wm. Harold Collier

Harold was born in Marshall, Texas on May 29, 1937, the oldest son of Thelma M. Russell and Wm. Herman Collier. He was proud to be a Ham Radio Operator, and for years he spent many happy hours doing genealogy by gathering information about his family members. He was predeceased by his son John David Collier, both parents and his only brother, Jesse Edward Collier. He is survived by his wife, Marianne Massey Collier, and children, Michael S. Collier and his wife Kathryn Collier and their son of Idaho; Llano W. Collier and his daughter of Texas; Melissa Huber and her husband Phillip J. Huber and their two sons of New Jersey; and Wm. Jared Collier of Utah. A Memorial Service was held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1148 W. 500 N., Salt Lake City on Wednesday November 11, 2015 at 2 pm. Additionally a Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1019 Big Stone Gap, Duncanville, TX 75137, Bishop David Patterson, officiating. Entombment with Military Honors will follow at 1 p.m. in Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, TX.
