Alma May Stephens-Brown

Alma Stephens-Brown was born in Mishawaka, Indiana and died as a result of an automobile accident that occured on December 5, 2013 in Corsicana, Texas in Arlington, Texas. She was 76. She had lived in Blooming Grove, Texas since 1984. Services will be held at 12:30 P. M. on Thursday, December 19, 2013 in the chapel of West/Hurtt Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery where she will be intered with her husband, Lewis Brown, who died in May of 2004. The family will receive friends and share memories on Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Survivors include a daughter: Cheryl Pierce of Dallas, 6 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, and one to be born in 2014, a brother and his wife: Bob and Gen Sones of South Bend, Indiana, and a sister: Rosie Magheney of Bradenton, Florida. Besides her husband, she is preceded in death by her son: Robert Louis Stephens in January of this year.
